Important to know

• Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable;
• In case of above average weights, the duration of the flight might be reduced. Passengers are to provide their weight on booking. Malta Wings shall inform passengers on booking in the eventuality that the duration of the flight has to be reduced in order to comply with weight and balance requirements;
• A total of 2.5 hours shall be reserved for the experience: passage through security, safety briefing, embarkation, flight, disembarkation, exit through security;
• Full payment is required at least 72 hours (3 days) before date of flight;
• Full amount will be forfeited in case of no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the booked flight;
• Change of name on voucher is possible, against a fee; as well as voucher validity
• Full refunds will be given for flights canceled by Malta Wings as a result of bad weather or for unforeseen operational reasons, if an alternative date cannot be arranged. A voucher can also be issued in such an event;
• Refunds for flights will be actioned within seven (7) working days by bank transfer;
• Flights that have already been booked and paid will not be affected by price increases.
